EVERY CLAIM,
LINKED.

This is the canonical sources list for Boeing Watch. Every numbered citation that appears anywhere on the site links here. Sources are admitted under the rules in Methodology §06–§07: named public records, named-reporter journalism in named publications, court filings, regulatory documents, and obituaries. Anonymous sourcing is never admitted. The list is append-only; sources are never removed, only annotated.

WHAT COUNTS AS A SOURCE
§ ADMITTANCE

An entry appears in this list only if it satisfies at least one of the following:

  • It is a record of an official body acting within its jurisdiction — the FAA, the NTSB, an equivalent foreign accident investigation board, a U.S. federal or state court, a coroner, a police department.
  • It is a document filed by Boeing or its suppliers with such a body — an SEC filing, a press release issued under the company's name, a public submission to a rulemaking docket.
  • It is a report bearing the byline of a named reporter in a named publication of established record. The reporter is named, the publication is named, the date is named, and the URL resolves.
  • It is a public encyclopaedia entry (currently: English Wikipedia) used only for orientation and only where the underlying claim is itself sourced inside that entry.
  • It is a public dataset or API documented at a permanent URL by its operator.

Anonymous sources, social-media posts, paywalled aggregator stubs that do not name a reporter, and rumor are not admissible. If a claim on the site cannot be supported by an admissible source, the claim is not published.

DEAD LINKS AND ARCHIVE COPIES
§ MAINTENANCE

URLs decay. When a source's URL ceases to resolve, the original entry is preserved here unchanged and an archive copy from the Internet Archive Wayback Machine is appended in square brackets. The original URL is not deleted; the archive copy is added. The date of the link rot is recorded in the corrections log as a maintenance entry.

If you find a dead link on this site, please report it to corrections@boeingwatch.org with the source number and we will append the archive copy within seven days.
